An office/R&D building in the Natick Business Park has sold for $3.9 million.
Sunshine Technologies Holding Corp. purchased the 15,504-square-foot building at 21 Strathmore Road.
Scott R. Hughes, president of the Framingham-based New Dover Assoc. Inc., and Nina Crowley of Boston Signature Homes, co-brokered the sale.
The seller was GMG 21 Strathmore Road LLC.
