Andover Data Center Sold for $15M

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler (HFF) arranged the $15 million sale and $9 million in financing for 15 Shattuck Road in Andover.

The 92,700-square-foot data center was leased by Tierpoint, an information technology and data center services company, at the time of the sale.

Coleman Benedict, Ben Sayles and Kerry Hawkins of HFF represented the seller, Carter Validus Mission Critical REIT. Jennifer Keller represented the buyer, Menlo Equities, in the arrangement of acquisition financing. HFF also arranged the financing through Berkshire Bank.
