A Denver developer will build a pair of senior living communities in Natick and Millis totaling 191 units following its acquisition of two permitted sites for $14.55 million.

Anthology Senior Living bought the two sites, which include 5.5 acres at 110-131 East Central St. in Natick and a 7.7-acre property at 125 Dover Road in Millis, from Barberry Homes.

An 86-unit assisted living and memory care facility will be built on the Natick site, while the Millis site is approved for 105 independent living, assisted living and memory care units.

Cushman & Wakefield Vice Chairman Rick Swartz, Executive Managing Director Jay Wagner and Director Sam Dylag arranged the sale, and the brokerage arranged construction loans on behalf of the buyer.

Berkshire Bank provided $30.3 million for the Millis property.

“Both sites are best-in-market locations with limited direct competition. Barberry created a unique portfolio opportunity to develop and provide senior care in some of the most sought-after markets in New England with supreme barriers to entry,” Swartz said in a statement.
