The former Uno Restaurants corporate headquarters in West Roxbury would be demolished to make way for a two-building apartment complex under pending development plans.

NORA LLC, which lists apartment landlord Anwar Faisal as manager, said it’s planning a pair of 5-story buildings totaling nearly 124,000 square feet and 121 units.

Developers originally intended to include executive suites but switched to only residential units after meetings with the community and officials, according to a notification letter by attorney Jeffrey Drago of Drago + Toscano.

Nora LLC plans 85 subsurface vehicle parking spaces. Buildings will be designed with large open lobbies, multiple private and common outdoor balconies and decks and a courtyard, and remote work facilities.

Nora LLC bought the 45 and 49 Charles Park Road parcels and 192-206 Gardner St. in June 2018 for $3.3 million. The site spans 46,656 square feet.

The property, identified as 100 Charles River Park in a notification letter, will include direct entries to residential units and large setbacks along Charles Park Road and Gardner Street.
