Archstone Avenir, a mixed-use retail and residential development in Boston’s Bulfinch Triangle, is set to open next week.
The building, featuring loft-style apartments, is the first to open as part of the revitalization efforts of Boston’s historic Bulfinch Triangle neighborhood, according to developer Archstone. Located at 101 Canal St., the project "exemplifies the vision for the future of Boston’s West End."
"A vital neighborhood has emerged in the Bulfinch Triangle, and we’re proud to be a part of the revitalization efforts," said Daniel Doern, Archstone’s vice president of development for the Northeast region. "Avenir means ‘future’ in French, and we’re inviting Boston residents to join us in celebrating the future of the Bulfinch Triangle."
Along with being across the street from the TD Garden, the community is situated on top of the MBTA’s Green/Orange Line and commuter rail hub at North Station.
