The asking price on one of the Boston area’s best-known luxury properties has dropped 14 percent.

The mansion owned by local power couple Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen went from $39.5 million to $33.9 million late last week, according to MLS PIN.

Beth Dickerson of Gibson Sotheby’s International Real Estate has the listing.

The home of the model and the New England Patriots’ star quarterback is described as “Zen-like” in the listing. Located just 5 miles from Back Bay, the property is equipped with a circular driveway with room for up to 20 vehicles, a wine room, an organic herb garden and a 2,400-square-foot guest house. The home is next to to the The Country Club of Brookline, and its property tax bill this year is $151,222, according to Brookline assessors records.

The New York Post reported July 31 that Brady and Bundchen, who own a home in Tribeca in New York City, have been househunting in Greenwich, Connecticut and Alpine, New Jersey this summer.
