Babcock Power Leases 46,061 SF at Lake Williams Center

Worcester-based Babcock Power Sales Inc. has leased 46,061 square feet at Lake Williams Center at 26 Forest St. in Marlborough for a its power services and power environmental business units.

JLL Managing Director Phil DeSimone and Assistant Vice President Rob Mahoney represented property owner Great Point Investors, investment manager for the New England Carpenters Combined Benefit Funds, in the lease transaction. Principals Don Mancini, Jim Umphrey and Vice President Drew Higgins of Kelleher & Sadowsky Assoc. represented Babcock Power.

Built in 2001, Lake Williams Center contains 210,000 square feet of office space, cafeteria, fitness center, renovated lobbies and conference center. Babcock will relocate from 5 Neponset St. in Worcester in May.
