Developers of a 33-story hotel and condominium tower in Back Bay have signed an agreement with Paris-based AccorHotels’ Raffles Hotels & Resorts brand for its first North American project.

The tower including 147 hotel rooms and 146 condos is scheduled to open in 2021 at the corner of Stuart Street and Trinity Place.

Condos located on the upper floors will range from studios to three-bedroom and penthouse units. Amenities will include a 2-story lobby overlooking Copley Square, five restaurants and bars, a spa with 20-meter pool and rooftop lounge.

Developer Trinity Stuart LLC is a partnership between Saunders Hotel Group and Boston-based Noannet Group, led by Jordan Warshaw.

Raffles joins a growing list of new luxury condo developments in Boston with branded residential services. Cottonwood Management selected Regent Hotels to provide concierge-style services at its 447-unit EchelonSeaport condo towers opening in 2019 and 2020. Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts will manage Carpenter & Co.’s 61-story hotel and condo tower at 1 Dalton St. in Back Bay.

Raffles operates 12 hotels globally including properties in Paris and Singapore.
