Swansea-based BayCoast Bank has opened a new branch in Fall River, the bank’s 25th branch.

The new branch is at 20 Turner St. on the first floor of the new River’s Edge Residences, a building overlooking the city’s waterfront and close to Battleship Cove and Heritage State Park, BayCoast said in a statement.

The new full-service location has one walk-up and two drive-up ITMs, which are available for withdrawals, deposits, loan payments and check-cashing, and they also let customers speak with a personal banker during and outside regular business hours.

The new River’s Edge branch also offers a night depository, Medallion and notary services by appointment, and instant issue debit and ATM cards, the bank said. A self-service coin machine for the lobby will be added soon.

The branch manager is Olga Fernandes.

“We are very pleased to announce the opening of our River’s Edge branch, expanding service on the South Coast,” Nicholas M. Christ, president and CEO of BayCoast Bank, said in the statement. “The bank has a proud history of helping our local community members with their financial well-being. We look forward to providing exceptional service near Fall River’s scenic waterfront.”

BayCoast Bank, which has about $2.2 billion in assets, has branches in Southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. The bank also has several subsidiaries, including BayCoast Mortgage Company LLC, BayCoast Financial Services, Plimoth Investment Advisors, Partners Insurance Group LLC and Priority Funding LLC.
