Berkley Investments recently purchased a three-building portfolio in Wilmington previously owned by The Blackstone Group.
The $22.2 million portfolio contains 310,000 square feet, consisting of two single-story flex buildings at 299 and 301 Ballardvale St., and an office building. Hub International and Automated Engineering Inc. occupy the flex properties. The two-story office building at 300 Ballardvale St. recently underwent lobby and bathroom upgrades.
The transaction closed all cash with bank financing expected to close shortly.
