Boston Landing’s next phase will include a 3,500-person-capacity concert hall managed by The Bowery Presents, which operates live music venues including the Sinclair in Cambridge.

Scheduled to open in fall 2021, the music hall will be part of the Brighton mixed-use development’s track and field facility scheduled to break ground next month.

The Bower Presents’ parent, Los Angeles-based AEG Live, leased 41,000 square feet at the Guest Street property last month.

The Bowery Presents currently manages the Sinclair in Cambridge, Royale and Great Scott in Boston and Fete Music Hall in Providence.

Boston Landing’s plans to add live entertainment to the mixed-use development are one of three mid-sized concert halls planned in Boston, along with Big Night Live at The Hub on Causeway and the Red Sox’ proposed Fenway Theater on Lansdowne Street.

The Boston Landing venue’s name has not been announced. It will occupy part of the 171,655-square-foot track and field facility, which will include a New Balance shoe and athletic equipment research lab.
