B.R. O’Connor Co. has acquired a Braintree office park for $4.6 million.
The property at 140-150 Wood Road consists of two buildings with approximately 92,000 rentable square feet.
B.R. O’Connor Co., a locally based management firm, plans to make numerous improvements to the property and have an onsite management team.
Sean Kenealy, president of Key Realty, represented the buyer and has been retained as the listing agent.
