The Bulfinch Companies has hired Newmark Knight Frank to market a series of availabilities for office-lab space ranging from 15,000 to 65,000 square feet at its 117 Kendrick St. property in Needham.

The property recently received upgrades to its cafe, lobbies and outdoor space and has shuttle service to the MBTA Green Line.

Newmark Executive Managing Director Mark Roth leads the leasing team.

The 213,000-square-foot building is currently occupied by tenants including Workbar, Waterstone Properties Group, Candel Therapeutics, Verastem, Warner Brothers, Standing Stone Games, Enservio, Firestone Financial and BBK Worldwide.
