Boston-based Cabot Properties Inc. has acquired 36 Saratoga Blvd.

The fully-occupied 162,000-square-foot industrial property at Devens was purchased for $10.35 million from J.G. Petrucci of Asbury, New Jersey.

CBRE/New England’s capital markets and industrial teams represented Petrucci, the original developer, and procured the buyer. New England Sheets leased the entire building in 2010.

“CBRE/New England was excited to be able to work in partnership with the Petrucci Co. in initially securing New England Sheets for the project and subsequently assisting them in procuring a quality, institutional owner, Cabot Properties, as the next owner of this notable Devens asset,” Gibson said in a statement.
