Cambridge Savings Bank provided $38.7 million in construction financing for a nearly 400,000-square-foot last-mile distribution center in Boylston.
Wakefield-based NorthBridge Partners will build the last-mile warehouse and distribution facility at 80 Pine Hill Drive in the Worcester suburb.
Scheduled for completion in late 2022, the facility will include 36-foot clear heights, 92 dock-high doors, four drive-in doors, 45 trailer stalls and 492 parking spaces. The 55.5-acre site is located near the junction of Routes 140 and 290.
Jeff Black, Colliers’ U.S. debt and equity platform leader, led the capital markets team representing the borrower. Colliers’ Southwest brokerage team has been retained by NorthBridge Partners as leasing agent.
“Due in large part to topflight sponsorship, this was a fiercely contested financing request,” Black said in a statement.
