| Candescent Health Inc. signed a new 5,788-square-foot office lease at the Waltham Watch Factory.
The Waltham office will be Candescent Health’s first Massachusetts location.
Avison Young Principal Steve Cook and Associate Virginia Kerrigan represented Westport, Conn.-based Candescent Health in the transaction.
