An Israeli biotech firm that treats rare pediatric diseases is relocating from Cambridge’s Kendall Square to a Woburn facility as it prepares to begin cell therapy manufacturing.

Founded in 2012, Minovia Therapeutics develops treatments for Pearson Syndrome. The firm leased 4,600 square feet at Cummings Properties’ 12 Gill St. and will relocate this fall to the new facility containing office and lab space, Cummings Properties announced.

Minovia joins a cluster of life science firms at 12 Gill St. including ReForm Biologics, Unchained Labs and Farcast Biosciences.

Senior Leasing Director Rob Yacobian of Cummings Properties represented ownership in the lease negotiation, while Cushman & Wakefield’s Ted Lyon represented Minovia Therapeutics.
