NSD Real Estate LLC has purchased an industrial building in Chelmsford for $1.85 million.
The 33,500-square-foot property at 7 Progress Ave. was vacant at the time of sale. The seller was GRE Realty Management II LLC.
NSD Real Estate plans to reposition the asset into a self storage facility. The 4.3-acre site will support a 123,000-square-foot building.
