Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has acquired the assets of Lambert & Lambert Assoc. Inc. in Cumberland, R.I.

Lambert & Lambert’s single-office residential real estate company, which is located at 1985 Mendon Road, will operate under the banner of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, according to a statement. Sales associates from Coldwell Banker’s neighboring office at 1764 Mendon Road will relocate to the newly acquired location, where Lambert & Lambert currently has 18 residential real estate professionals.
