Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England announced Leif Rosseland has been promoted to regional vice president of the company’s Metrowest and Western Massachusetts region.

Rosseland will be responsible for the oversight and productivity of the company’s 20 sales offices in the Metrowest region and Western Massachusetts.

Prior to assuming the regional vice president position, Rosseland was the branch manager of the Coldwell Banker Residential offices in Worcester and Sturbridge, overseeing more than 90 sales associates serving towns and cities throughout Greater Worcester.

“Leif is a highly respected and effective leader who has been instrumental in recruiting and retaining talent throughout his career. He has been very successful in motivating sales professionals even during challenging economic periods,” Merit McIntyre, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England, said in a statement. “I have no doubt that he will successfully transition into this new role and help to grow and expand the success of our Metrowest and Western Massachusetts offices.”

A licensed real estate professional in Massachusetts and Connecticut since 1987, Rosseland first joined Coldwell Banker as a sales associate in 1990. He has also served on the board of directors of the Central Massachusetts Association of Realtors and is an active participant of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares.
