The Bulfinch Cos. has hired Colliers International to market a full-building lease for office-lab space in Cambridgeport.

The two-story, 10,455-square-foot 60 Hamilton St. was originally completed in 1925 and renovated in 2016. The property contains brick-and-beam interiors along with five on-site parking spaces, bike rack and showers.

Colliers’ Evan Gallagher, Curtis Cole, Nora Smith and Jack Galvin are working with Bulfinch Director of Leasing Mike Wilcox on the leasing negotiations.

The 19.8 million-square-foot office-lab market in East Cambridge had a 2.9 percent vacancy rate at the end of the third quarter, according to Colliers research, with 346,248 square feet of direct availabilities and 229,478 square feet of sublease space on the market.
