Commonwealth Financial Leases 152K SF in Waltham

Hobbs Brook Real Estate boosted occupancy of its suburban office portfolio with a 151,765-square-foot lease with a financial advisor firm.

Commonwealth Financial Network will occupy just over half of the 275 Wyman St. building after signing a lease that enables it to occupy the facility in early 2026.

The financial advisory company has been based in Waltham for over 30 years, and has its current East Coast offices at 29 Sawyer Road.

“Our new headquarters marks a compelling turning point, supporting our well-managed growth plans as we continue investing in top talent,” President Trap Kolman said in a statement.

The property is part of HBRE’s 2.2 million-square-foot, 13-building Waltham campus.

CBRE represented Hobbs Brook in the transaction, while Newmark represented Commonwealth Financial Network.
