North Shore Community College has renewed its lease for 17,000 square feet of office and classroom space at its 100 Cummings Center location in Beverly.

The Beverly campus houses the school’s corporate and community education division, according to a statement.

"Cummings Center is a wonderful site for the school, as we are able to partner with many area businesses to help train their employees," said Dean Dianne Palter Gill.

Incorporated in the lease renewal are facility renovations, including new carpeting and paint, as well as energy efficiency upgrades to thermostats, temperature controls and lighting, according to statement.
