Brookline Bank 

Brookline Bank announced the donation of 1,600 personal care products collected for Hope & Comfort at the bank’s recent “retail recognition” celebration. Hope & Comfort is a Needham nonprofit whose mission is to combat hygiene insecurity to support and improve the health, self-esteem, and hygiene education of Massachusetts youth and families in need.

Fidelity Bank 

Leominster-based Fidelity Bank donated a pair of new freezers to the city’s Ginny’s Helping Hands and Food Pantry. The equipment will help the pantry offer more food options to its guests.

Leominster Credit Union

Leominster Credit Union donated $10,000 to the Twin Cities Rail Trail Association to help maintain and improve the trail.

North Shore Bank 

Employees at Peabody-based North Shore Bank recently presented Communitas, a nonprofit organization that supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and their families, with a $1,200 contribution collected as part of the bank’s regular “jeans day” events.

Rollstone Bank & Trust 

Fitchburg-based Rollstone Bank & Trust gave $5,000 to the Fitchburg Mayor’s Energy Fund. The fund provides relief to Fitchburg residents having difficulty heating their homes.
