Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England recently collected and donated school supplies for The Guidance Center, a service of Riverside Community Care that provides behavioral healthcare and human services to children and families in Cambridge, Somerville and the surrounding communities.

Leominster Credit Union has announced it will hold a Shred-A-Thon at its 910 West Boylston St., Worcester, location on Saturday, Oct. 1, from 9 a.m. to noon.

 

Division of Banks

State Treasurer Deborah B. Goldberg and the Division of Banks recently announced the 2016-2017 recipients of Financial Education Innovation Fund grants, an initiative that provides capital to expand Credit for Life and financial education fairs in high schools across the commonwealth. These awards are funded by a grant from the Division of Banks through settlements over alleged unlawful lending practices.
