Tech company Compuware has relocated to a 68,145-square-foot space at 404 Wyman St. in Waltham.

The move consolidates the Detroit-based company’s local offices, which previously were located at 10 Maguire Road in Lexington and 400 Totten Pond Road in Waltham.

The 449,000-square-foot building in Hobbs Brook Office Park was recently renovated with rooftop terraces, a granite lobby and open atria with skylights.

Wyman Street Advisors negotiate the lease for Hobbs Brook Management. Cresa Boston represented Compuware, which provides mainframe software to large companies.
