Concord-based True North Capital Partners picked up a 57,000-square-foot, 62-unit apartment complex in Marlborough.
The firm bought the Wayside Apartments at 447 Boston Post Road East from Framingham-based Harrison Arms Inc. for $17.48 million, according to documents filed with the Middlesex South Registry of Deeds.
The property, built in 1969, contains five buildings, including three centered around a swimming pool.
True North, which specializes in mid-market multifamily properties, paid a similar amount for a similar complex in Braintree earlier this year.
