Maynard-based JM Coull Inc., a construction management and design-build firm with offices in Massachusetts and Connecticut, has promoted six staff members in its project management department.
Dan Cobb and Marc Moschella are taking on new roles for JMC as senior project managers. Jami Anderson, Josh Deming and Rob Hennessy have been named project managers. Heather Waice was promoted to assistant project manager.
Moschella has been with JM Coull for 10 years, managing projects in the healthcare, biotechnology, pharmaceutical and micro-electronics divisions, including an Advanced Technology Center for Shipley Company (now Dow Chemical) in Marlborough. He is currently managing various projects at Northeastern University in Boston and PerkinElmer in Hopkinton.
Cobb has been with JMC for five years, earning accolades for projects that have won regional and national recognition from the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC). Cobb’s resume spans healthcare, institutional and advanced technology projects.
Anderson, Deming and Hennessy all served JM Coull as assistant project managers for five years prior to their promotion to project managers. Anderson and Deming hold bachelor’s degrees from Fitchburg State University and Roger Williams University, respectively; Hennessy is a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University.
Waice, a JMC employee for one year, has been supporting the activities of the company’s preconstruction and operations departments in preparation for her promotion to assistant project manager. She holds a civil engineering degree from the University of New Hampshire.
