Davenport Crocker Jr. has been named regional vice president of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Central New England South region. Crocker will oversee the company’s 16 branch offices in southeastern Massachusetts.
He will report directly to Patricia Villani, senior vice president and general sales manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
Crocker most recently served as sales manager of the company’s offices in Cohasset and Scituate. As manager of those two offices, Crocker oversaw the day-to-day sales and operations for more than 70 sales associates.
"Davenport has achieved tremendous success throughout his real estate career and has earned the admiration and respect of his colleagues and the many sales associates he has worked with over the years," said Rick Loughlin, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage New England. "I am delighted that Davenport has agreed to take on this important new role, and I know that the management team will benefit from his expertise, enthusiasm and exceptional sales and marketing skills."
With more than 20 years of experience in the residential real estate industry, Crocker has earned numerous awards for his professional achievements. For three consecutive years, Crocker has received the prestigious President’s Council award. Earlier this year, Crocker was one of 146 managers recognized nationwide in the NRT network. There are more than 700 offices that are part of NRT, the nation’s largest residential real estate brokerage company, according to a statement.
"For the last four years, I have had the pleasure to guide a dynamic group of sales associates who have continually displayed their professionalism and commitment to providing top-notch service for homebuyers and sellers. I am excited to begin this new chapter in my career and look forward to assisting the regional management team in achieving future goals," said Crocker.
Crocker resides in Cohasset with his family. He currently serves on the board of directors of the Plymouth and South Shore Association of Realtors, was recently elected to the board of trustees of Inly School in Scituate, and has served as a past member of the Vestry of St. Stephen’s Church in Cohasset.
