Delaware LifeDelaware Life’s Massachusetts offices will relocate from Wellesley to Reservoir Place in Waltham in March after leasing 37,000 square feet of office space for seven years.

"Even in the tight Route 128 market, Boston Properties offered us several options to choose from for our Massachusetts office," David E. Sams, Jr., CEO of Delaware Life, said in a statement. "This space stood out because of its prime location near Boston, as well as its wealth of amenities."

Jeffrey A. Bernstein of Bradford Allen acted as national corporate real estate advisor to Delaware Life. John Boyle and Ryan Romano of Cassidy Turley represented Delaware Life. Matt Murray and Dave Provost of Boston Properties represented landlord Boston Properties.

Reservoir Place contains two multi-tenant office buildings on a 45-acre site next to the Trapelo Road interchange on Route 128.
