Three commercial properties in Boston’s Downtown Crossing have obtained $13 million in permanent mortgage refinancing.

The connected buildings at 20 Winthrop Square, 85 Franklin St. and 77 Franklin St. contain 98,350 square feet of office and retail space.

Fantini & Gorga’s Wayne Clough and Despina Hixon arranged the financing with an insurance company on behalf of longtime owner A.W. Perry.

The lender was able to appreciate the great qualities of these assets including historically high occupancy, strong visibility along Franklin Street in Downtown Boston, and excellent sponsorship,” Clough said in a statement.
