Boston-based EagleBridge Capital has arranged $1.275 million in construction and permanent mortgage financing for Dollar General Plaza in Williamstown.
EagleBridge principals Ted Sidel and Brian Sheehan arranged the financing. The loan was provided by a regional thrift institution.
Dollar General Plaza is a 10,235-square-foot shopping center located at 384 Main St. The financing included the build-out of a new 8,860-square-foot Dollar General store and the repayment of an existing mortgage. The plaza is leased to Dollar General and Subway, which leases 1,375 square feet.
