112 Market St., a 30,000-square-foot commercial building in downtown Lynn, was acquired by Fiore Market Realty LLC for $2.075 million.
The seller was Area Two Realty LLC, represented by David Hark of The Drumlin Group.
The buyer was represented by Kenneth Leva of Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty.
The property is located off of Route 1A near the Central Square Lynn Commuter Rail station.
