A total of 42,500 square feet of space has been leased at Northwest Park in Burlington by three companies.

Enterprise, the word’s largest car rental service provider, moved its New England headquarters to 30,000 square feet at 10 Second Ave. in Northwest Park. The facility will house the corporate teams including training, human resources and operations.

“We were looking for a location that could accommodate our consolidation of three divisions, as well as provide an environment that our employees would be excited to be in,” Brian Duffy, general manager and vice president of Enterprise Holdings, said in a statement. “Selecting Northwest Park was also attractive due to the many amenities within walking distance to our new corporate office.”

Joining Northwest Park’s growing list of medical device tenants is Lutronic, a medical technology company specializing in lasers. The company has moved its U.S. headquarters from California to 1 North Ave. in Northwest Park, taking over 5,000 square feet of office/R&D space. This location is now home to the corporate offices, research/development and product testing.

Aliaswire, a payment solutions provider, has moved its corporate headquarters from Watertown to 152 Middlesex Turnpike, adjacent to 3rd Ave. in Northwest Park, taking 7,500 square feet.
