Essex Builders has completed work on a claims center for Progressive Casualty Insurance Co. in Westwood.
The new 25,000 square foot building is located at 62 Everett St. It will serve as a regional base for Progressive’s claims processing professionals and provide inspection bays where its technicians can assess vehicle damage.
Design documents for the project were prepared by Ohio-based Richard L. Bowen and Assoc.
