Boston-based Fantini & Gorga has arranged $1.3 million in refinancing for a mixed-use property in Waltham.
The property at 520 Main St. consists of a single building with 5,000 square feet of office space on three levels and 20 residential rental units.
Casimir Groblewski, senior managing director at Fantini & Gorga, arranged the financing with a Massachusetts-based cooperative bank. The borrower is The Battaglino Family Limited Partnership, a locally based investment and development company, who has owned the property for many years.
