Fantini & Gorga has arranged $13.5 million in permanent financing for a New Bedford apartment complex.
Riverbank Lofts, a former mill originally built in at the beginning of the 20th century, was recently converted into a 126-unit apartment complex that sits on 6.5 acres along the Acushnet River. The property has three floors of residential space over a ground-level, 160 vehicle garage. The units are mostly two bedrooms but also contain several one-bedroom and three-bedroom units. The units feature high ceilings, exposed wide plank hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances. There is also a fitness center and a common room for resident use.
Managing Director Derek Coulombe and Senior Analyst Jason Cunnane arranged the financing.
