Boston-based Fantini & Gorga recently took out a $17.6 million construction loan for the development of 34 residential units known as the second phase of the Symphony Court Condominiums.

Once completed, the nine-story building at 44 Burbank Street will have high ceilings, large windows and modern finishes. Phase I and II will be connected at the ground level and the two buildings will share amenities including the lobby, concierge, club room, fitness center and the parking garage.

Derek Coulombe, managing director at Fantini & Gorga, arranged the financing with Catamount Westland LLC.
