Commercial real estate firm FHO Partners promoted Will Foley to partner and Linda McDonough to senior vice president of marketing.

"During the past 12 years, Will and Linda have made countless positive contributions to our firm’s success while demonstrating outstanding qualities like leadership, commitment to client service and expertise in their fields," said Managing Partner Joe Fallon.  "The advancement of these talented professionals is a testament to their hard work and dedication to the success of our clients’ businesses."

FHO Partners said it promoted Will Foley, who was previously senior vice president, to recognize his continued success at securing new business opportunities, while providing his clients with the highest level of customer service.

Foley works in the firm’s Corporate Advisory Services Group practice assisting clients with real estate interests primarily in the downtown Boston office market.  He has been with the team for almost 13 years, starting out as a senior associate at Fallon Hines & O’Connor, which in 1998 became the Boston office of Trammell Crow Co., where he was a vice president.  His clients include Foley Hoag, Harvard Management, Summit Partners, Paratek Pharmaceuticals and Thomas Lee Co.

FHO said it promoted Linda McDonough, who was previously vice president of marketing, to recognize her many accomplishments as manager of the firm’s public relations, marketing and branding functions.

In 2009, McDonough created and implemented a company-wide new media strategy to broadcast FHO news and messages to new and larger audiences via online applications.  Prior to joining FHO Partners, Linda served as director of marketing at Fallon Hines & O’Connor, and later vice president of marketing at the Boston office of Trammell Crow Co.

FHO Partners is a commercial real estate firm providing brokerage and transaction management services to multi-market, national and international corporate real estate portfolios, both owned and leased.
