Daphna Fields has been appointed regional vice president of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Boston Metro Region.

Fields will oversee the company’s 16 branch offices within the core metropolitan Boston area, including Downtown Boston, Cambridge, Brookline, Newton, Weston and Wellesley, according to a statement. Prior to her new role, Fields served as sales manager of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Jamaica Plain office, a position she has held for the past four years.

"Daphna is a talented and respected real estate professional who has shown the type of leadership skills that are necessary to be part of a progressive and dynamic management team," said Rick Loughlin, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage New England. "I am pleased that she has accepted this new role, and I am confident that she will draw on her extensive knowledge of the real estate industry to guide the Boston area managers and sales associates to further success."

Fields is a member of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares, the charitable arm of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. She also serves as treasurer of the Greater Boston Association of Realtors and as a board member of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors.
