The Martha’s Vineyard compound where President Barack Obama and his family vacationed in 2013 is on the market for $22.5 million, making it the most expensive listing on the island, according to the listing agent.

The more than 5,000-square-foot main house has four bedrooms, six bathrooms and features a three-car garage. The property also boasts a 590-square-foot, two-bedroom guest house, all on a 9.5 acre site overlooking Chilmark Pond and the Atlantic Ocean. The grounds also feature a heated infinity pool and a half-court basketball court.

Venture capitalist David M. Schulte bought the property at 8 Snail Road in Chilmark in 2000 for $3 million and had it renovated in 2006. It is currently assessed at nearly $8.2 million. The listing agent is Tom Wallace of Wallace & Co. Sotheby’s.
