This 280,000-square-foot complex is located on 20 acres and offers on-site amenities including a full-service café, fitness center and conference center.

Since buying the property, the John Flatley Co. has made major facility improvements including a new entrance façade, renovated lobby with improved seating and access, shared conference facility, renovated gym and locker-rooms, as well as upgrading the cafeteria and adding covered loading docks.

“In just two years we have completed numerous projects to enhance this property, leased over 100,000 square feet and renewed over 25,000 square feet of existing leases,” John Flatley, president of the John Flatley Co., said in a statement. “We have a great tenant mix now and will continue to make improvements including adding an executive office space called WorkSpace@45.”
