Quincy-based developer Foxrock Properties has acquired 30 Reservoir Park Drive in Rockland for $2.2 million.
The 35,250-square-foot structure was built as a research-and-development facility in 1993 and repositioned by Norwell-based Rader Properties as an office building 2009. The renovations also included new windows, roof-top HVAC units and an expansion of the parking lot and drainage system.
The building is 100 percent leased to the South Shore Visiting Nurse Association.
Rader Properties President Jim Rader and Vice President David Mitchell represented the seller, 30 Reservoir LLC, and procured the buyer.
