Franklin Street Properties Acquires Minnesota Office Building

Wakefield-based Franklin Street Properties Corp., an investment firm specializing in real estate, has acquired an office building in Eden Prairie, Minn. for approximately $22. 6 million.

Completed in 2006, the building contains approximately 153,028 square feet of rentable space and is 100 percent leased.

Eden Prairie is located within the Greater Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area.

FSP said it has managed suburban properties in the greater Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area since 2004.

This acquisition brings the firm’s total portfolio of properties to 31.
