Victims of the tornadoes that ripped through Central and Western Massachusetts this month are being offered free legal advice from attorneys in a disaster relief dial-a-lawyer program.

The program is being offered Wednesday by the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Hampden County Bar Association and Western New England School of Law.

Three people died and approximately 200 buildings were destroyed in the June 1 tornadoes.

Residents facing legal issues can speak to volunteer attorneys from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday at 413-782-1659.

The Hampden County Bar Association is also providing additional services to residents, including free legal assistance related to condemnation complaints, insurance claims and related issues.

Those services will be available at Springfield Housing Court on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and again June 27, June 29 and July 1. (AP)
