Globe Composite Solutions, LTD has leased 63,235 square feet in Stoughton.

The company, which develops specialty non-metallic materials, will use the building at 200 Shuman Ave. to consolidate manufacturing and warehouse operations from its Rockland and East Bridgewater facilities. The property, recently purchased by Equity Industrial Partners of Needham, totals 158,000 square feet. The owner will make several building updates, such as a new roof, HVAC warehouse/manufacturing lighting, parking and landscaping package. James McEvoy, senior vice president of The Conrad Group, represented the tenant. Hunter Emerson and Bruce Levine represented the landlord in the transaction.
