An 80,000-square-foot office building near Boston’s Government Center has sold for $29 million.
Court Square Equity Partners, an affiliate of Woburn-based KS Partners, closed on the acquisition of 15 Court Square from Brickpoint Properties of Stoneham. The price works out to nearly $363 per square foot.
TH Commercial Mortgage provided $27 million in mortgage financing.
