Nauset Construction has completed Ten Essex, a mixed-use development consisting of 46 apartments and 3,000 square feet of retail in Cambridge’s Central Square.

After opening earlier this month, the complex has leased all of its studio units and has a limited number of one-bedroom units available starting $3,400 a month. The complex also includes 19 two-bedroom units with rents starting at $3,700 and 14 three-bedroom units from $5,800. Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty is the exclusive listing agent.

Developer 3MJ Realty is considering a brewpub or restaurant for the complex’s retail space, according to a press release.

Designed by project architect Golden Architects of Quincy, Perkins Eastman and Mark Boyes-Watson Architects, the 6-story wood-frame structure with a stone veneer and metal panel exterior facade was constructed over a steel podium concrete slab on deck with below-grade parking. Tenant amenities include a shared outdoor deck and courtyard and 18 units with balconies.

Located at the corner of Massachusetts Avenue and Essex Street opposite the MBTA’s Central Square Red Line station, the complex has a walk score of 97 and bike score of 98, according to walkscore.com.
