Hanscom Federal Credit Union recently received three awards this spring from the Marketing Association of Credit Unions for its work promoting credit union products and programs.

The awards recognize outstanding marketing initiatives in the credit union industry.

Hanscom FCU received a silver MAC award for its quarterly MoneyWisdom newsletter, a four-color publication that covers timely personal finance topics for all of its members in print and online.

The credit union received another silver award for its brand-new select employer group guide. The guide uses a Q&A format to show businesses how a financial educational partnership with the credit union offers benefits at little or no cost.

The credit union was also awarded a bronze award for the design and development of its Hanscom FCU CASH + REWARDS World MasterCard, a premium-level credit card that offers attractive reward incentives without the premium APR.

“Everyone on our marketing team has had a hand in developing these award-winning projects,” Steve Silva, Hanscom FCU’s vice president of marketing, said in a statement. “We’re thrilled that these products and programs are being recognized for their excellence by a jury of peers familiar with the particular challenges a credit union faces when marketing its financial products and services.”
