HarborOne Bank opened its first Boston branch on Monday at 64 Broad St. Attached to 20 Custom House St., location of a HarborOne bank loan production office, the Boston branch will offer retail and consumer banking services, small business and commercial banking products and services, and credit and lending products for both commercial and personal banking needs.

The bank’s team includes Carl Brockmann II, branch manager; Dara Delaney, vice president and retail development manager; Khaled Khalil, vice president and commercial lending officer; and Charles Zanazzi, professional service market lead.

“The opening of our first Boston branch is a major milestone for the bank and we are excited to have a strong team of banking veterans to lead the branch,” James W. Blake, CEO of HarborOne Bank, said in a statement. “This team has a proven track record in serving retail, small business and commercial banking customers. We look forward to serving both current and new customers who live, work or do business in Boston.”

Brockmann has worked in the banking industry for almost 10 years. Prior to joining HarborOne, Brockmann was an assistant vice president and branch manager at Santander Bank, where he worked in three branch locations in the South Shore district. He was responsible for the multi-management of two high-volume branches and had direct oversight of over 20 bankers. He was also responsible for the on-boarding of new branch managers.

Delaney has been in the banking industry for over 10 years. Prior to joining HarborOne, Delaney served as branch manager at Century Bank where she managed sales and operations, advised and consulted in executive committees for business and sales improvement, and focused on deepening and maintaining high value customer and business relationships.

Khalil most recently was based in HarborOne’s loan production office in Boston, where he focused on providing a range of solutions, including credit, deposit services, trade and cash management products to help clients grow and better manage their businesses. Prior to joining HarborOne Bank, Khalil served as vice president and relationship manager at Santander Bank, where Khalil was responsible for new business development, portfolio management, credit quality and overall relationship management of a portfolio of customers with revenues between $3 million and $50 million.

Prior to joining the Boston office, Zanazzi led HarborOne’s commercial development growth in the Merrimack Valley and Southern New Hampshire. Before joining HarborOne, Zanazzi worked in the Boston and Merrimack Valley markets for TD Wealth Management, providing investment management and planning for business owners while coordinating the commercial banking needs of their companies. Zanazzi’s career also includes commercial lending experience with Sovereign/First Essex Bank and BankBoston, as well as general auditing work with Deloitte, Haskins, and Sells.

HarborOne Bank is the largest state-chartered co-operative bank in New England with about $3.9 billion in assets.
